So LA started to feel really boring, compared to what we had seen earlier.
And this place is ridiculous.
The sun sets very early, by 5pm, it feels like 7pm.
So the night is long. However, there isnt much you can do at night, other than eat and party, because the streets are dangerous.
Not safe for walking.
Eat, theres only so much we can eat.
Party, most of us are under the legal drinking age, which shuts us out of those bars pubs clubs whatever. At least, till fake ID comes along lol.
So anyway, we headed Downtown.
It's like the Orchard Road of LA.
Ironically, it's the most dangerous place at night.
Bright and early at 12pm, brunch at Original Pantry Cafe.
Very very heavy brunch. But the pancakes were REALLY REALLY good. Thick and fluffy, best I've ever tasted.
The other Americans eating there were having super huge portions. Enough to fill me for 2days.
We even had to da bao our leftovers, cos we couldnt finish. I totally didnt need dinner after that.
The interesting thing about this place, is that it has never closed since 1924.
It's a 24hour place, so its doors havent been shut since 1924.
Very cool.
Potential supper place, provided we dare to go at night.
Then some sightseeing at random architecture around.
A random door with obscene markings.
Walt Disney Concert Hall
Random fact, parking is really really expensive Downtown.
